Resolved - We have resolved the problems causing the "Onshape is not connected" issues in Western Europe. Capacity and performance have returned to normal.

Monitoring - Our public cloud provider appears to be having partial network connectivity issues in Western Europe. We have routed around this problem and are currently running at diminished capacity. Some performance issues may be noticed. We will continue to update the status here when we have more information. Next update will be before 10:00 UTC.

Resolved - From 5:59 UTC - 8:24 UTC a partial failure of a service in Western Europe caused many of our customers to not be able to open documents. This problem has been resolved. We apologize for the disruption and will improve our automated systems to be able to detect and handle this situation.

Resolved - From 13:45 UTC through 15:00 UTC today, performance in modeling and drawings was degraded in the North America region due to a failure to add additional compute capacity. This problem has been resolved and performance has returned to normal. We apologize for the disruption.
