Documents unable to be opened following Onshape update

For approximately 1 hour following Onshape's 1.211 update, documents in multiple regions were unable to be opened. Closing the documents and reopening worked around the issue for users. We will be performing a root cause analysis on what caused the issue and how to mitigate it in the future.
